Transfer News and The Beginning of the End!

Hello everyone! This week has been pretty eventful but lets cut to the chase!

This week we knew from the beginning that we were going to be getting transfer news on Saturday. We had some ideas but we didn't really know until Tuesday night. On Tuesday night I got an email from President that said that I should be training. I will be using the last 3 months of my mission to train one of the two new trainees that are coming to the mission. It was slightly shocking news but I am now preparing myself mentally and physically to train.

I will have more information next week!

As for some of the others highlights:

We have had quite a few lessons this week and have enjoyed getting to teach! We had a good splits with the Amager Elders and ate some Pizza Hut in the new Pizza Hut!

We got to teach some fun lessons and really have been making some good personal connections with the friends we have.  We taught a family that strengthened our understanding of faith. I learn a lot by teaching.

We went to the institute class and got to learn more about some Gospel Questions. We hear about how to accept those that actively make dangerous or bad decisions. The Savior told us not to judge but to love! That was the main topic of the evening.

We had a service appointment with some cool members and learned about the Danish trash sorting system! It turns out there are so many rules and it is insanely hard to understand.

The spiritual aspect of this week has definitely been a focus on preparation! It is often hard to find ways to prepare to spiritual experiences but preparation is all about course correction. We talked a lot about being on a boat and that as crew we have our duties but we need to correct our course sometimes. Spiritually when we teach we feel the need to help these people correct the course. It really makes the biggest difference to grab on to the iron rod!

Read the talk Stay on the True Course! It is really good!

Thank you everyone for the support and for the emails! I will write again next week! Vi ses!

Love,
Elder Lines
