To mere uge til forflyttelser opkalder!

 Hello Everyone,

We are in the last two weeks of this lovely transfer. I have had a blast with Elder Hacking down here in Nykobing and I am ready for what is to come! We have had a lot of good things to do this week and just a lot of preparation for our activities next week. We are gonna go out of this transfer with a bang!

As for the events this week, there weren't a lot! We just went to a couple of different cities to try and find people as well as follow up with those we have contacted before. We went to Stubbekobing, Gedser, Nakskov, and also stayed here in Nykobing! All of the service and all the conversations we had really showed me the meaning that our work has. We talked to a lot of people that just needed a conversation and just needed some help. It really can be hard to find those that want to become members but everywhere we go we are doing good. I am grateful for realizing and feeling that. Everyday, we wake up with the intention to do good things.

We had a really fun service appointment where we started lighting a bonfire with the man but it was too wet so he said to come back next time and we will talk about the Gospel with him some more! So we look forward to cooking some sausages as we make a bonfire and talk about the Gospel. Nothing better! Two of my favorites! Pray it happens...

This week a particular challenge has been the travel times between our area and also we are sometimes really tired. There is so much area to cover.  Sometimes the most boring times make the mission hard but then you get to the spot where you work hard and keep going and it can all be worth it!

One thing that particularly stood out to me and Elder Hacking this week is family history. He has some family history that comes from the area that we are currently serving in! This is meaningful because the discussion we had showed me that the work we are doing is meaningful because of them, our ancestors. They sacrificed their lives so that our families could be here and now we get to give a bit back to serve their people. It is truly a miracle that they have called us to this land where our ancestors once lived! I can feel them guiding and supporting us as we work to help the others back to our Fathers presence! I  am so grateful for my Danish ancestors.

Thank you so much for your prayers and the support all across the world! I'll catch you next week!

Love,
Elder Lines

No pictures this week! But, I'll take some this week.
